Returns & Refunds

At Lift Happily, all products are made to order specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing selections
  • buyer’s remorse
  • change of mind
  • preference-related issues

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • misprinted
  • or incorrect

please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

support@lifthappily.com

Include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a brief description

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you experience a sizing issue, please contact us and we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Lift Happily currently ships within the United States only.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or stolen packages.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us and we will work toward a reasonable resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
